At Genesis we recognize that we need to earn your trust and believe that you should know exactly what personally identifying information we collect and how we’re going to use it before you share it with us.
Basic Statement
Personally identifying information that you provide to Genesis Executive web sites will not be made available to third parties outside of Genesis Executive without your explicit permission. The Genesis Executive website collects personal information about you and that is kept confidential. The website may make aggregate information about our customers (e.g. overall satisfaction) available to third parties for statistical purpose. Information that personally identifies you will be kept strictly confidential. Personally identifying information which you choose to provide to another party or webs site will be subject to their privacy policy. For example if you purchase services online from a company you found while searching our website, information you provide to that organization is subject to their privacy policy.
What is “Personally Identifying Information”?
Personally identifying information is information that can be explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual. This includes information like your e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, resume, etc. The Genesis Executive website may ask you for personal information such as your name or address.
E-mail to Us
When you send us an e-mail, we will use your name and e-mail address only to respond to your request and for reference to contact you now and in the future. Your e-mail and other personal information is entered into a centralized database so any of our consultants can reach you quickly and efficiently.
